To the Editor:
Anyone in the news business knows how difficult finding the truth about any news situation can be. In court, judges will tell you there are three truths to any case before them. There’s prosecution’s truth, the defendant’s truth and then there’s simply the truth. Illegal immigration has many truths.
Isn’t it interesting that we know there are 15 to 20 million illegal aliens in our country, yet our federal government seems to have no idea where they are?
Another major problem our nation faces is use of illegal drugs.

Over and over users are arrested, but dealers magically are rarely popped.
Claims are made that illegal aliens keep United States citizens from being hired for jobs, but somehow once UDAs are arrested suddenly there are legal U.S. citizens there wanting the jobs the UDAs had that the U.S. citizens never knew about. Once again, the truth, like history, is often simply what is accepted.
One truth I feel gets little effort is if more emphasis was placed on the arrest and conviction of drug dealers and companies/corporations who knowingly hire UDAs rather than drug users and the illegals, much of those problems would take care of itself.
So, the question is are UDAs a major part of our nation’s economy who keep legal citizens from employment or not ?
Where is the patriotism of U.S. companies who knowingly hire UDAs on one hand while on the other hand also support the militia?
Whatever happened to the bracero program strongly supported by our federal government where U.S. companies told our department of immigration how many workers from Mexico they needed on a job site and company vehicles met those workers at the border, transported them to that site, housed, fed and employed them for a designated amount of time?
