WILLCOX -- Three teens were arrested for breaking into the Willcox water system Wednesday.
Johny Hernandez, Brandon Torres and Adam Ellis reportedly broke into the facility to go swimming.
Earlier Wednesday, water in Willcox was pronounced safe to drink by the Arizona Department of Health Services, according to the chief communications officer for the city of Willcox, Ron Allen.

After running a wide range of tests to check for health and safety concerns, the agency determined the water safe to drink.
From 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, the city's water was shut off when a city employee discovered that padlocks leading into the water system were open or missing.
Concerned about possible contamination, the water was turned off until tests could be run.
Although it was turned back on at 7 p.m. Tuesday, health officials warned that the water was for bathing, toilets and other non-potable uses. As an added precautionary measure, residents were told to boil their water before drinking it, until the state completed its tests.
